IMPORTANT MEETING INFORMATION

The meetings will be held in the boardroom of Prime Med (the old Wes Freedman building) located off of Morgan Highway (Rt. 307) just north of the Keyser Avenue intersection.  Exit the North Scranton Expressway at the Keyser Ave. exit turn left onto Keyser Ave (if coming from downtown Scranton) or right (if coming from I-81) and go under the rail bridge.  Turn right at the first light onto Morgan highway, and within ¼ mile turn left into the Prime Med parking lot.  This location will also serve as our meeting site for the foreseeable future.

The Northeast Photography Club was founded in August, 1989 in order to promote and encourage interest in, and appreciation for the art of photography. The Club welcomes all who are interested in photography - beginners and seasoned professionals, those who use a point and shoot camera as well as those who utilize the latest photographic equipment.

Club meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at 7 pm. Meetings include guest speakers, discussions about equipment, techniques and programs on all aspects of photography. Each month a competition or critique is held to allow members to submit work to be judged on a subject with a theme, or “open” where the photograph can be of any subject.
